Offer Nextform as a feature of your own service when you purchase the Partner Plan. Subscribe with a flat annual fee and get unlimited use and resale. Partner plans enable you to create a many-to-many service where users of your own service can create their own brands and request and store tax forms from their own parties.
Under a standard plan, you can only set one logo and company name. With the partner plan, you can create unlimited brands, each with its own logos and company name. When you request a form, you can specify the brand, or use your default brand. This enables you to create a many-to-many service where multiple users of your service can to set their own brands and request tax forms from their own parties.
The partner plan allows you to resell a white-label version of Nextform as a feature of your own service or software. See the examples below to better understand when a Partner Plan subscription is required.
Say your company provides tax compliance services. As part of that service, you enable your customers to collect, store, and retrieve tax forms, and this feature is powered by Nextform in the background. Your customers are signing up to use your product, in part, because it features Nextform tax forms.
In this situation, Nextform is being sold as a feature of your product, so a Partner Plan subscription would be required.
Say you are developing an online marketplace where users sell hand-made crafts (think Etsy). As part of your user onboarding process, you require users to fill out a tax form such as a W-9 or W-8. Although Nextform is an important part of your onboarding process, your customers do not care about using Nextform, they care about getting through the sign-up process. They are not reusing Nextform in the products they sell on your platform.
In this situation, Nextform is not being sold as a feature of your product. so a Partner Plan subscription would not be required.
